The RSF-10 Secondary Mirror Motor Focuser for 10 inch RC Telescopes is a DIY upgrade kit for RC Telescope with standard Crayford focusers. All professional grade RC telescopes use secondary mirror focusers to achieve precise focus while eliminating focuser tilt. With a secondary mirror focuser the camera and optical train can be fixed in position with the Optional RSF-10/12 Fixed Camera Adapter. Heavy camera systems will no longer cause the focuser drawtube to sag under the weight. The RSF Series focusers can be easily mounted without damaging your telescope. The original location of the secondary is maintained and the optical axis can be easily readjusted after mounting the motor focuser. The moving speed can be selected and fine adjustment is possible.
