- Product Description Nagarjuna Herbal Thraiphala/Triphala Ghrutham Pack Size:- 200ml Descreiption Triphala Ghrita is an Ayurvedic product, in herbal ghee form.This has ghee as its base. It is used for preparatory procedure for Panchakarma and also as ayurvedic product, used mainly for eye diseases. Triphala refers to group of three fruits – Haritaki, Vibhitaki and Amla. The Triphala is the main ingredient in this Product Triphala Ghrita benefits: It is widely used as medicine and also in preparatory procedure called snehakarma for the treatment of tumors, early stage of cataract, Erysipelas, Excessive discharge in women, eye pain with itching and discharge, cough, oedema, hair fall, intermittent fever, pterygium and such other eye and eye lid related diseases. Useful in constipation, IBS – C and low digestion strength. Effect on Tridosha – Calms Pitta and Vata. Triphala Ghrita dosage: Quarter to half teaspoon with water, usually before food, once or twice a day. Triphala Ghritam Ingredients: 12 grams of each of Triphala – Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), Vibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica) Amla (Emblica officinalis) Trikatu – Pepper, long pepper and ginger. Madhuka – Licroice – Glycyrrhiza glabra Katukarohini – Picrorrhiza kurroa Prapaundarika – Lotus variety Ela – cardamom Vidanga – Embelia ribes Nagakeshar – Mesua ferrea Nilotpala – Nymphoea stellata Shweta and Krishna Sariva – Hemidesmus indicus Chandana – sandalwood – Santalum album Haridra – Turmeric Daruharidra – Berberis aristata ghee – 576 g Milk – 768 ml Triphala Kashayam – 2.304 liters. The above combination is heated till herbal ghee is prepared.
